People who reportedly fell ill, obtained their chicks and ducklings from several sources, including feed supply stores, websites, hatcheries and from relatives, the agency said. Of the 60 cases reported, 31 (66%) have been hospitalized due to illness associated with the infection.

On Friday, the grocery chain said they would be removing pre-cut cantaloupe, pre-cut watermelon, and pre-cut melon mixes.
